Shipping methods

Shipping:

Within Germany, there is a flat shipping charge of €4.90 per order. Delivery is free for orders over €50.00.

For deliveries to Austria, Italy, France, Spain and the Netherlands we charge a flat shipping fee of €8.90 per order. Shipping costs are waived for orders over €100.00.

All shipping costs quoted include VAT.

Shipping time:

After conclusion of the purchase contract, the delivery time within Germany is usually 3 - 5 working days, excluding country-specific holidays.

Delivery to Austria, Italy, France, Spain and the Netherlands usually takes place within 6 - 8 working days.

Customs or import duties:

There are no customs or import fees for deliveries within the EU.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs costs, taxes and fees may apply.
